We have not sought out these markets ? they came to us because companies had unsatisfied business needs. The ease with which we are able to customise our software led to clients asking us to help them overcome problem areas within their business. This resulted in similar companies approaching us and drove our strategy of building a solid customer base in each of our niche markets.

Our customers are suppliers of product and services to the Mining, Construction, Utility and Industrial markets. The niche markets we serve are:

• Make to Order and Jobbing - Companies that make product to meet customer orders. These may be standard products that they supply, customer-specific product, customised product or product that is individually engineered to each customer order.
• Mass Production & Distribution ? Companies that mass produce standard or customer specific product. Efficient, cost effective manufacturing control is a requirement.
