A 'Gap Analysis' is then developed that defines the degree of customisation we need to do using our advanced RAD (Rapid Application Development) toolset to meet the Needs Analysis. Once this has been done a detailed Project Plan is developed that outlines the responsibilities of each party and the timelines for the different phases of the project.
